James GThe brakes were almost not working when we reached our destination. The turning also became hard to navigate. There were no inside lights in the back of the van.
GABRIEL CMy original confirmed reservation was at Four Seasons Hendersonville NC location. They did not actually have the 6x12 cargo trailer though. They sent us to the Airport Road location. They also did not have the trailer we needed. We wasted 4 hours of our moving day trying to locate the trailer we had a confirmed reservation for! So, our overall UHaul experience was AWFUL! Mountain Tire & Towing had the trailer and they were great, although it took a long time to get the contract put together because UHaul system was also awful when I was paying and my husband was driving. Recommend simplify your online systems and do something to make them more accurate for equipment availability!!!!!
Elizabeth DThe passenger tire blew out on our way to Florida. Mountain tire has great customer service and I’ve used them before. I just don’t know if an inspection would’ve caught a problem with the tire. When I looked at it it was fine, but it obviously had an issue and blew out on the trip. Was there anything mountain tire could have done? I don’t know.
