How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt wasn't this location so much as I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone after this experience. I was grossly over-charged. I received the truck with barely enough gas to do my task, I returned it and was charge 80 cents per mile + gas charge which seemed way higher than necessary + two days of rental fees because there were delays unloading the trailer, and even though the lot was still full of trucks and I wasn't costing U-Haul anything by keeping it parked for an extra 12 hours, I was charged for an entire other day. The truck itself did not drive well. I am extremely displeased with my experience and the amount U-Haul charged me for the pleasure.
Tyler FI won't be renting from you again due to the arrogant and rude staff member who called me last.
ADAM BNot appealing to look at especially early in the morning with no activity however easy enough to access; Couldn't get cell reception in the parking lot so had issues with the app to get key code. Regional manager helped us resolve access to key since app was not responding and met us to resolve issue (no moving blankets in truck). Taheish Brower provided AMAZING customer service and we want to acknowledge her specifically. Above and beyond and so personable.
