Not appealing to look at especially early in the morning with no activity however easy enough to access; Couldn't get cell reception in the parking lot so had issues with the app to get key code. Regional manager helped us resolve access to key since app was not responding and met us to resolve issue (no moving blankets in truck). Taheish Brower provided AMAZING customer service and we want to acknowledge her specifically. Above and beyond and so personable.

MARIO CAnytime I’ve ever rented U-Haul you get the truck for the day into the night. And this is usually explained very well by the service attendant. Using the app it was not explained very well that it needed to be turned in at 5. I was charged an extra day and that is wrong.
