I was not told I had to use the app to get the truck when they called and changed my truck pick up to a different city and said they would give me a extra day and 100 miles and then they charge me for all 137 miles . Then they charged me for 3 gallons of gas when the line looked exactly like where it was to begin with. I feel like they ripped me off. And will find another company for any future moves.
