The location was great. As a first time customer, I did not know that I needed to take pictures to verify condition and location. Luckily I called the location and they let me know what to expect when I picked up the rental. Everything else was good. If U-Haul would send an email informing me what would need to happen, it would have been better. Perhaps that was sent and I missed it, but I don't know how I missed it.
