I had a reservation days in advance with another U-Haul dealer. Her District Manager Kevin Didabinko FAILED to have the equipment at her location for pick-up. I found myself what I needed in the neighboring town and rented it (with transfer of my reservation). It COST me an extra $70.00 in fuel, 100+ miles and 2 hours for my trip. I am NOT a happy with the results of this reservation. Rental Source of Hiawassee was NOT at Fault.
JEFFREY BTruck parked tightly so getting pictures as required was impossible. Was parked in the mud so my shoes were filthy. Inside of cab also muddy - how could it not be given where it was parked. Also, this truck needs to have the transmission checked or even be retired from service. It is definitely past its prime.
