Very clean establishment amazing truck. I definitely would recommend this location for my closest friend or anyone else looking for a great U-Haul experience. The 20 ft U-Haul was super clean ice cold air conditioning great stereo crystal clear windshield. Thank you so much for a great experience.

DEAN DNo improvement needed! I reserved a truck online a week in advance from another location in Highland, IL. The day before my pick up, I received a notice that I would need to pick up at another location. The management at KZ properties went above and beyond to assure that I not only received my rental and equipment but also assisted me with protocol, all while they were out of town! Excellent service from this company. I am glad my pick up changed.
