Reserved a 15’ Truck, short after received a phone call and they had to upgrade me to a 20’ since they didn’t have a 15’ and as a courtesy they promised me a $.99 rate on mileage but still been charged $1.29 On top, the truck was not well maintained or cleaned. There were drink stains all over the cup holders. The battery died at my first stop. The truck wouldn’t switch from R to D smoothly (get stuck in between)
OZGUR SAdding an inside waiting area or even just a couple of chairs would be nice but having to stand outside until completely checked in, it's a bit difficult especially when you're a senior just saying. Other than that the service was above average, greeted with respect and taken care of immediately!
