The people at this location didn't have the equipment ready for us when we had to pick up the trailer, the trailer had so much snow and had to dig it out. Plus the lady took FORVER to book us in and help us with this transaction. Just was not helpful and took way longer than it needed to, we should have just walked in and out but it took forever. Go to the Dublin Uhual they have been better to work with.
HARRISON TStore was closed, self check in. Confusing where to park the truck, very little room to park the truck. Unknown people lurking around the building made me feel unsafe. No confidence in leaving the truck there.
