App is terrible. Way worse experience than dealing with in-store chaos.
A BI booked a mobile rental online. When I went to pick up my rental, the key was not in a lock box. The rental was blocked by multiple other trucks, it took almost 45 minutes to pick up our rental. I booked online for a more streamlined experience. I will not be using that feature in the future

Tony BHad trouble finding the truck number from outside. Found it hiding behind steering wheel eventually. I would remind customers that the process starts at truck then you walk over to get the key. It seems like you would get key 1st. I think that is easier on customer side.
