TIMOTHY AIt doesn’t seem like good business practice to charge for dropping off a vehicle in a different location when the company doesn’t have vehicles in all of their listed locations.

RICHARD CAfter planning to originally pick up our U-Haul in La Crosse, our pick up location was changed the day before to Hillsboro. When we arrived, the app wasn’t working for us to unlock the key box and receive the keys. We had to call a representative and work with the gentleman working at Peterson Garage and it still took us at least 40 minutes to leave the location with our U-Haul. It was frustrating and added 2 hours to our total time (because of the extra driving being rerouted to Hillsboro) before we finally arrived in La Crosse, where we were moving our college son from his house.
