First of all the uhal booking system allowed to order an after hour pickup on this location and when showed up to do after hours pick up at 10 pm at the facility the app was failing to checkout the vehicle saying equipment unavailable. When contacted uhaul customer service I was told the facility has not prepared for the after checkout. At 11 pm in the night I am given options to pick from another location which 35 mins drive from there. It was an horrible experience as the move was schedule and I have spend my money to cancel the movers and send them home since the uhaul was not available. I lost 400$ the night of 09/4/2025 due to uhaul and locations mistake. Who is going to compensate that for me??
