Equipment was well maintained and performed well. American Tire and Auto was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience.
Chris LSecond time in 2 weeks that the location had issues with the UHaul system which delayed our pickup. The location mentioned that this is a continuing problem related to system not being available and/or VERY slow. They told us they have reported the issue to UHaul, but have seen no improvements. They indicated that problems consistantly occur at the end/beginning of each month and randomly throughout the month. We've rented twice since 4/1, and experienced delays each time with pickup due to system availability issues.

Alan GCustomer service was horrible. Mr Tim was very rude and unprofessional and after telling him I was there for a uhaul reservation he could care less and made me wait while he the proceeded to walk away to his desk and take all the missed calls list from his colleague and call them back one at a time while I stood their and waited. Then another customer walks in and he immediately asks her if she needed help and walked out with her without saying a word to me. I also rented a 6x12 trailer which was parked in a corner with the hitch resting on the ground. The trailer has no jack and I was told I needed to lift it myself to attach it to my vehicle. I hurt my back trying to lift it and they asked me when I return it to please grab a cinder block that way somewhere laying around and to rest the hitch on that. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous for putting renters at risk of injury!

MARILOU EDo nothing to improve. This was the best and easiest place to deal with. They are polite simple straight to the point. They dont rip you off either. I would use them the rest of my life for renting uhaul trucks. They do other work to i would recommend. Honest nice guys!

jonathon kWhen I received truck In cargo box had drywall debris and in cab under the seats had empty water bottles and coffee cups. I cleaned out all that and returned truck clean. To my surprise I got $50 cleaning fee 🤦🏻♂️

Sebastian Bit's an active repair shop so there are a lot of cars in their lot. not a problem but keep that in mind when parking to get your rental.

Nicholas ILocation had political propaganda everywhere supporting trump. I had to lift, move, and hook the trailer up myself. I had to do the same when returned. I arrived prior to 8. 8 came and went and auto mechanic shop patrons were prioritized over me.

ALLEN HFirst of all the uhal booking system allowed to order an after hour pickup on this location and when showed up to do after hours pick up at 10 pm at the facility the app was failing to checkout the vehicle saying equipment unavailable. When contacted uhaul customer service I was told the facility has not prepared for the after checkout. At 11 pm in the night I am given options to pick from another location which 35 mins drive from there. It was an horrible experience as the move was schedule and I have spend my money to cancel the movers and send them home since the uhaul was not available. I lost 400$ the night of 09/4/2025 due to uhaul and locations mistake. Who is going to compensate that for me??

LISA NThis is the location I picked up the uhaul trailer in May and they were great then and great when I returned the one I got from Golden, CO. They were very helpful and made sure I had the correct ball on my hitch. They saw that my electrical connection wasn't working properly and quickly got that fixed. They also made sure that the trailer I was getting was there when I picked it up. He said someone tried to move it to another location but he was able to stop that. This guy was the BEST and deserves a raise.

JOSE VThe first location didn’t have keys or a working phone number. The kind representative found an alternate location for me to go, which had good service. Please remove the location 2 Clerico Lane in Hillsborough so another customer doesn’t go through that
DAVID FCargo van was clean and operating well. There wasn’t a phone charging port so I had to rely on my gps and hope my phone didn’t die. Only complaint. Otherwise, facility was clear to work with. Process was smooth too.
