Hassle free pickup and drop off, well instructed everything. Truck was properly cleaned and all the accessory which I have added.
TAUSEEF KWe’ve used this U-Haul location every year for work. This time, one of our employees dropped off the truck and was asked to park it back in a tight spot. Because the truck is bigger and not something he drives every day, he felt a little uncomfortable backing it into a narrow space and asked if someone else could help. Instead, the employee told him, “Why did you rent a U-Haul if you can’t drive it,” and basically said it made no sense in a nasty tone. I don’t think that’s fair as being able to drive a truck and being able to maneuver one into a tight parking spot are two different things, especially if you’re not used to that size. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this same employee from other experiences. We give you a lot of business every year, so we really expect customers to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. We’d like this looked into.
