Self serve system is difficult to use as it doesn't always connect in a timely manner. On call staff have difficulty assisting concerns due to comprehension. Vehicle was super unsafe.

The process for picking up the vehicle is far too time consuming. Only when I arrived on site was I asked to validate my ID and provide references. The app did not work properly and I wasted a lot of time on this process. The app did not account for any of this and still insisted that I return the vehicle based on my appointment time and not on the time that I was finally able to comply with all of the requirements to pick up the vehicle and get on the road. I could have taken care of these items the day before had I been given the chance to do so.
