The lock to access the key is very difficult to open. This needs to be replaced!

I think the idea of self check in and out is horrible, unless improvements in app happen. App wouldn’t accept picture of back of driver license and then loop me back to start. 38 minutes later I got the keys to truck

claudine cThe mobile check-in process is deeply flawed. I had to upolad my licence photos 3 times and still could not be verified. I also had to give refrences that had to be called by someone from a call center - not to check that I was who I said I was, or even to give assurance that I was a reliable person - simply for them to verifiy that they were real people. The live chat on the mobile site was rude and unhelpful. This is an overly complicatated process and has never happened in the past when I have checked in with a live person at a counter. Until the mobile process is revamped, I will only ever use the old-fashoned check-in process with a REAL person - or use someone other than Uhaul.
James PSelf serve system is difficult to use as it doesn't always connect in a timely manner. On call staff have difficulty assisting concerns due to comprehension. Vehicle was super unsafe.
