The truck we rented had mechanical issues and all the customer service has to say was find roadside assistance instead. The car should have been well maintained that any engine issues should not have been my problem yet the chat help left me without assistance or answers

Pickup via app on Android was buggy, slow, and difficult. It was a horrible experience. had to use my husband's iPhone to make it work properly.
