The staff never assigned a truck to my reservation for mobile pickup therefore I had to wait for them to get there and also wait for them to open the door and let me in to get my rental.. they claimed my reservation was for a later time and then accused me of changing it last minute and I was cut off every time I went to answer a question.. I will never rent a U-Haul from this location again. Overall just rude and inconsiderate!
ANGELIQUE PThis location I would recommend. The location we originally booked with will never be used again. They did not help us and gave away our truck. They did not explain what was going on and didn’t help us at all. I am honestly thinking of using your competitor in the future.
