I am currently taking photos of the back end of the truck for tomorrow’s viewing. I accidentally pressed the X and then it would not longer allow me to edit where I left off on the vehicle. Overall great service.

The van was dirty, smelled like urine and was sticky. I stopped as soon as I left the pick up and got clorox wipes to clean it up enough to stand to be in it. It was pouring down rain and I literally had to lower tbe windows as often as I could because of the stench. Glad it wasn't too hot because I had to turn off the vents because the smell was even worse coming from those. The low tire indicator was on and when I asked the lady inside about it she told me "it's been like that for a year, don't worry about it" the van was no where near the condition it was in for the pics on file. There was less gas than it said it was supposed to have in it. I won't be renting from that location again. I had no other choice on short notice, didn't have time to find another option. Only had it for a couple hours and I had to go home and basically dispose of the clothing I was wearing. All I hauled was a single piece of bulky furniture. Also the app crashed about 5 times while trying to pick up and a couple more times on drop off.

ISSAC FThe equipment had a lot of dirt in the back of the truck. The cab was covered with dog hair and had a bad dog piss smell like inside of it.
