JEFFREY FI rented the cargo van originally. On the surface it looked clean was new and had CarPlay for maps. When I started loading my things into the van the rubber mat in the back slid a little bit and hundreds of roaches of all ages ran in every direction. I immediately took all my belongings out of the van. Thankfully the location switched me out for a box truck that was clean but I had the unfortunate pleasure of driving the van all the way back knowing it was infested. At the end of the day I did get a vehicle and got my things moved but that was the most horrific experience I have ever had to deal with while renting anything.
