I recently rented a 6'x12' trailer, there was no help lifting this heavy tongue to my hitch. Every 6'x8' and 6'x12' utility trailer must have a hand crank. I have a bad lower back risking serious issues lifting and removing these heavy trailer on and off the receiver. Please mount a hand crank to these trailers. Thank you.

Devon WI had a very friendly encounter at this location. I was able to get my U-Haul and bring it back without any problems. The lady was very nice to me very courteous and yes, I would recommend my friends to go there. At first I was skeptical because I had saw 2 bad reviews, but I was in a pinch and needed a U-Haul ,plus I don’t like to think of other People’s opinions. I make my own.
