STEVEN HWill not use this location again. Turned in truck before they opened. Had app issues so couldn't do app check in. Called location after they opened to tell them and ask to check truck in . They said no to call uhaul. We did and they left notes on account but said they cant do it that the location has to. So alot of back and fourth. Called multiple times with same results to location and uhaul with multiple notes in my account. Finally the location turned it in 20 minutes past the turn in time. They charged me and extra day but we literally turned in truck less than 12hrs of having it. Went to location and asked for refund they said they cant to again call uhaul which I did. They were amazing and refunded us. Actual location will never use again but the uhaul customer service was amazing. They even couldn't believe that location wasn't helping with they issues that they should have done and not uhaul itself.
Demarcus WThey seemed overwhelmed with their work load. Though i can say The typing man behind the desk was trying hard to help but it seemed he had no support and was left with a work load he couldn't handle. Their printer didn't work, they wanted me to bring back the truck with more gas than I received it, and the mileage was way of. When I did self return it said I drove over 700 miles when I only drove about 15. I don't think it was malicious i think it was complacency. Just seemed they don't got it all together over there.
