First I scheduled an available trailer in Hanover and was told a day before pick-up it wasn't available, even though it was available at the time when I scheduled the rental. Then upon arrival I was met with a confused teenager that knew nothing including how to hook up a trailer. This was the worst experience I have had with Uhaul to this point.

DAVID PIt took 45 minutes to re do our reservation because the agent online booked it for 4:00 instead of 6:00 and when we showed up at 5:50 our reservation was cancelled. It was allot of wasted time. I would never rent a uhaul again
