Not friendly of especially helpful with the very long chains that could have been (I did it) shortened with the fasteners already on the chains.
PETER BVery few places to park a truck. We had to pick a random spot where the attendant told us to park.
Allison BThe pickup location was a bit dirty, the kid at the front desk was outside smoking when arrived, wasn’t very friendly. I had to handle the registration process (license photo etc) with some else over the phone. It didn’t feel like a professional experience.
