The vehicle was in horrible condition covered in mud. It smelled foul. The location did not send the actuate receipt prior to renting the vehicle it was left blank when I called the Lia location they did not answer. Of course they are closed when you drop off the vehicle.

I returned the truck at 12:43 Saturday but was still charged for the extra day. I did not use the extra pack of blankets and was charged for those. No one was at the location upon returning the box truck. Look at your camera video. I put more fuel than required.
