PATRICIO LAbsolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Tracy Williams was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. As a content creator, I documented my entire move-in process — including video and voice recordings of my interactions with her. I strongly advise against doing business with this location. I’ll be sharing my full experience on social media because it’s truly unbelievable. Thankfully, I have video proof to back up everything.
LAKERIA MMaybe having someone on site to check the tires sometimes would be helpful. I felt like the tire(s) had a flat spot or bulge from how the trailer was vibrating and it stopped when the tire was replaced after the blowout.
CORDELL CHad to pick up from this location which was further away than the original location I requested which I had to pay for more miles than I should have had too! Very unhappy about having to pay for uhauls mistake.
