Truck was clean. Check engine light was on. Rear view mirrors were stuck and could not be adjusted. Picked up truck Friday afternoon late and returned Sunday afternoon late and was charged for 3 days rental instead of 2 days.
ROBERT BI was told it would be cheaper to bring the uhaul back to this location, instead of dropping it close to where I was going to be. I needed it to haul a table. It ended up costing me $134 to move it. The table was $120. :/ So to answer the question “what can we do to improve” you can not give bad advice to ppl just to make more $. Uhaul has simply gone to trash, it used to be convenient and reliable and just made moving and overall pleasant experience now you just don’t know what kind of bill you’re gonna end up with it says it says one price on the side of the truck but then once they add up all the miles in the gas and all the other bullshit it’s ridiculous. Never using them again. ever and I would recommend others not to as well. Home Depot rents trucks too. Wish I’d known sooner.
valentina sAbsolutely nothing. Mischelle and Amy were excellent in processing the rental. The truck was basically new and very clean. Extremely easy from start to finish. Great price will definitely go back if ever needed.
