Sent me a receipt after return, then sent an email the next day saying the truck wasn't returned. It was within a few hours of renting. Had to call the 800 number & the location to get it sorted out.
KRISTEN GTruck was in poor mechanical condition, need a wheel alignment, leaking gas, truck was near empty when rented, had to fill it which delayed our move. This truck needs attention before it goes out on another rental, we were stuck with it!
ANITA KIt needs Better parking area. Over all they were quick to help.
