The location was fine, but U-Haul unfortunately did not give me the equipment that I ordered online. I booked it in advance and received a smaller truck last minute. This created an extreme hardship on my family for the move. I am not sure that I will ever be using U-Haul again.

We did understand the 24/7 lock system. It might need to have better worded instructions. We had number which was more than 6 numbers yet locks only have 4 numbers.

DONALD SI had no idea they would be closed until after the first of the year and that this would be a self drop off. I had never experienced a self drop off and had to call customer service with UHaul to figure out what needed to be done. At least there were spaces available to park the UHaul unlike the pick up location . This was the worst UHaul experience I have ever had all around
MEGAN LWe had reserved an appliance dolly with our rental which was not included. When the reservation was made, we were told the location would be open the day we picked up the truck and dolly. When we arrived, the location was closed and we were not able to rectify the errors.
