Absolutely no recommendation at all to anyone. It was the poorest experience I’ve had with securing the key, with support through Chat or phone. We are 24 hours later and I still haven’t had an We are 24 hours later and I still haven’t had a response from Chat. Even the online process for securing the key was nothing but cumbersome. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with the securing equipment.

Dropped off after hours and was charged $20 for this “convenience”? Come on, seriously? I was 2 days early. Should I have waited until the next day? Pretty rude if you ask me. Seriously, this couldn’t have cost UHaul a penny more. If I had dropped it off during business hours the same person would have checked it in. Ridiculous. I am not happy to say the least.
