The customer service on the phone was excellent. Only frustration was I did not confirm the mileage when starting my trip and was overcharged on miles. Knowing my route I only drove 34.6 miles but was charged for 72 miles.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOutstanding service!
Antonio LThis location was very nice.
Thomas HThe key was not in the box it was supposed to be in. There was no one there who knew anything about the U-Haul box. Seemed like the U-Haul location that redirected our order there had no idea it was self pickup only
JONATHAN IThere was no one there … did self checkout
