The key was not in the box it was supposed to be in. There was no one there who knew anything about the U-Haul box. Seemed like the U-Haul location that redirected our order there had no idea it was self pickup only

There was no one there … did self checkout
ANDREW GThe pickup process through the app was completely inoperable. The instructions were unclear, but the app itself would not load the correct pages no matter how many times I tried. It only eventually worked on the website after 40 minutes of standing in 100 degree weather trying to get this shit box of a truck's key.
Bryce WIt was not the location I originally set up for my rental. Picking up the truck was a terrible experience.
