Not the fault of the location manager, but the reservation location I made through the UHaul app was not honored when I got the pre-rental message less than 24 hours prior to pickup. They instead informed me that I had to go to a different location farther from me. Not just an inconvenience, but also making them more money for mileage to my home. AND, I had pre-qualified my reservation with the preferred location. He was as shocked as I was that UHaul was trying to to move my reservation. Shame on UHaul! Also, the truck was older and was difficult to drive because the steering was so loose.
