It was an easy after hours drop off. The lower ratings are mostly because there were no personnel there to help, so I Baby rate them as helpful. (Maybe consider modifying your evaluation. ) The location could have been better kept.
SCOTT WThey were not there. I left the trailer were they told me to. It was during business hours. I still got charged $20 for after hours check out. That's CRAP!!
THOMAS GCharged me 20 bucks extra for returning the trailer a day early at 10am. ??? The reason was listed as after hours service fee??? What the heck?
