Uhaul constantly changes drop off location from what was originally agreed upon. Find this annoying when I am projecting my mileage.
TIMOTHY LThe place does not have a conventional store front. The visibility of the trucks is your only indicator. Access is rather non-descript. The employee working on the car in the yard was friendly and helpful.
Kris NChange place of business, your representative very rude , didn't even want to help at all! Told the man had trailer on reserved and still told me I couldn't have one. I told him that u haul had call me the day before said I could pick it up there and he still refused to let me get it. SO I SAID DO YOU OWN U HAUL , I said you need to get on phone and call them than the man told me you don't tell me what to do. But after a while he did eventually call uhaul and yes I had a trailer on reserve , so now we got the trailer and all good. JUST A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE WITH UHAULS REPRESENTATIVES AT THIS LOCATION! ( THERE WHERE 4 OF THESE TRAILERS ON SITE) OH ONE MORE THING YOUR REP DIDN'T EVEN LATCH THE TRAILER DOWN TOLD ME IT WAS READY TO GO, I DONE A PRETRIP BEFORE LEAVING AND SPOTED IT AND LATCHED IT DOWN, COULD HAVE BEEN VERY DANGEROUS FOR SOMEONE THAT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!!
Gary LU-Haul needs to Partner with businesses that will follow the standards and practices of U-Haul. Not businesses that will scam the customers.
