Great service. The truck I had reserved wasn’t working the day before my move so they upgraded me at no additional cost. Very friendly customer service, check in and drop off was a breeze. Truck was very clean all equipment was in good working order.

My rental period was over a holiday when the drop off was closed. Didn’t charge me for the extra day over the holiday.

Eric KMy auto transport was not available as stated in the original reservation with the 26 ft truck. I had to drive an additional 24 miles to pick up the auto transport in a separate location. When dropping off equipment, the original drop off location per the reservation was 1 mile away from my house however the location could not accommodate the 26 ft truck or auto transport. I had to drop them off in two different locations in opposite directions. The two different locations were 11 miles from each other. Upon dropping off the equipment in two separate areas I was charged additional fees for mileage and fuel. This is unacceptable U-haul.
