JASON HI was asked to drive the truck to this location (an additional 20 minutes) only to find out when I got there that it was closed on Sunday. Then I got over overcharged. Perhaps none of this was the fault of the Holly Ridge location, so I hadn't an Average rating. However, the puck up and drop off experiences were far less than stellar. Zach for corporate fixes the overcharge and Elizabeth from corporate walked me through the process of closing the transaction online and dropping off the keys in the drop box while I was stuck in a torrential downpour. It should be noted that the experience I had the week before was excellent. I was very disappointed with this booking in both locations.
STEVEN FI dropped off after business hours, so I didn’t speak to anyone. The drop off process was easy with the app.
Joseph BTrailer had a leak and water damaged an expensive mirror box and contents in another box. Ive never experienced a trailer leak before and now im spooked. Manager and I examined the seam of the front roof and it needs sealant. Seam was not tight and probable source of the rain intrusion.
