MILES SThe 1800 uhual number I called told me the price would not change when the return time changed and told me it would be around 60$ and when I got to the uhual pick up they told me 120$ I told them I was told 60$ at holly ridge automart they where very professional and fixed the quote so my problem is the 1800 uhual number the helpers need to be more knowledgeable on their rentals and prices
AUSTIN RNo Furniture Dolly! When I reserved the u haul, it did NOT advise me that there were no Dolly's available. I would have changed my reservation had I known. Not happy. Also, the rate per mile changed weekday to weekend so that's shady.
