They were incredible to work with. I was driving from Virginia to SC to move back to Virginia. I was originally picking up a truck and trailer from a location about 5 minutes from my house. Things then got moved around to where I had to pick up the trailer at this location (1 hour north of my house in SC) and the truck 1 hour south of my house in SC. When they found out I was driving through the night, and had pickup at two different locations, they got everything changed for me so I could pick up truck and trailer from them at the same time, and had it all ready for me to pick up in the middle of the night. Seriously could not recommend them enough, they really made my entire moving experience 1000x easier. If you’re looking for a uhaul, this is the place to get it from. Thanks again guys

Simple self drop off
JAMES ROwner Benjamin Ward went 100% over duties to support my move. Thank you for all your support and kindness! Hollywood SC location!
Susan PWe originally had a scheduled drop off at 6310 SC-162, Hollywood, SC 29449, which is not a UHaul location any longer. Thankfully, the owner of On Point Towing was at the gas station nearby and helped us to get the trailer to On Point Towing to drop off the trailer.
JON SDid online rental for a trailer, was called twice to confirm pickup because it was close to closing time. Last call said we were good to go, trailer was out front, hook up an go. Did just that but went into the store, asked if we were good. Got a yes, good to go. Worker then came out to check the hook up and was told that it was correct and good to go. Trailer was fine and did the job. RETURN!!! Brought it back, put in same spot unhooked and was greeted with the same employee who said we stole the trailer, police were called and a recovery team dispatched. Conveniently the employee stood under the store camera, avoiding the encounter being recorded. Went inside, showed him the email with the rental agreement and again told the police were notified. I said " I rented this, here's my receipt and if I owe anything additional, let me know".
