License plate expired in 2012. Rims were rusty. Paint cracking. Rubber bumper cracked. Oil spot with dirt still inside. Barely spoke English. Business had to call someone else that also spoke broken English. It was on speaker phone so everyone in the store heard all my PRIVATE information. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN, and I live in this town and still wont go there. The clerk hooked trailer to the truck and didn't hook it up correctly.

Use webbing instead of single straps. They came off 3 times and I tightened them very tight.
