First I didn’t get what I ordered or the location closest to my arrival and sons home I got charged 369 for one day. Had to drive out of my way in a bigger truck that got horrible gas mileage compared to what I ordered All news told us I’m getting a bigger truck and have it til Tuesday which I did not need or want and gave me 50 more miles not to charge me another $29 for 29 more miles over So no discount or advantage to me getting something reserved well in advance that they could not provide! So I basically was charged 398 and then had to put $125 in gas on top of it for less than a 12 hour rental! Hat a complete rip off. Also no sooner we leave with the truck they are texting about return date because people need truck in our location! I have never felt so ripped off in all my life! You screwed me on what I needed and then took every more money in gas than anticipated not to mention the. Charging me $1.00 a mile for 29 extra miles. I will never use UHaul again and I will not ever recommend them to anyone Enterprise truck rental is not professional than the UHaul representatives I have had to deal with I was also to expect a call 7/10 to go over my rental. Instead they called and texted 6 times on 7/9 doing what they wanted without even ultimately confirming with me that their changes would work for me! The customer! I was severely over charged and felt like in order to use this company I would have to pay for what they gave me instead of what I ordered! I asked more money in 12 hours! Next time I will go with enterprise or any other truck rental company before I will ever use UHaul again! At least my work has a discount program with enterprise and their customer service is exceptional I have never been more disappointed in a service I will make sure I post my recommendations where ever I have to so you don’t continue to rip people off because you can’t provide what people reserve at a U-Haul location!

Jason SThe truck I was given was very outdated. Questionable in its maintenance and performance. I would not recommend the use of that particular vehicle for long distance travel. We were apprehensive, even in our short distance travel. Issues that need to be looked into. * motor did not operate as if it was in good mechanical condition. * transmission shifted sometime unnecessarily. And other times wouldn't shift when it should. Even with the truck empty, it's reliability is questionable. We have rented from U-HALL multiple times in the past.Never have we had such a questionable vehicle.
michael fIt wasn't me. I keep receiving emails because some one used my email instead of their own. I keep blocking it and here we are yet again with another unwanted email. Should I send U-Haul an invoice for my time?
