The entire pick up process was a complete headache!!!. And the truck was parked right by high grass like 3 feet that taking pictures was almost impossible. I had a tick on me within minutes of taking the picture because i had to be in the woods basically ( grass was like 3 feet high) !! The key was not on truck that was stated and had us looking every place for a half hr before going around to the building to see a lockbox! Customer service i sat on hold for ever. This was a horrible place to get it from and gas completely deterred me from ever renting a uhaul like this again!
