When I went to pick up truck person was on the phone on a personal call for about 1/2 hour I told him I did not want the insurance twice I was told I had to deal with corporate I asked to speak to owner the person that was there told me I had to pay n he had no way to get a hold of the person that rented me the truck … this made my account negative n was charged $35 for overdraft fee… I regret going there next time if I hope is never I ll rent from Home Depot…

Nicholle S.Service was bad. Store was to open at 7am but didn't open till 8:30am. So I had people standing around waiting for the truck. We were behind all day. People that came to help had to leave before we were done. I said I wanted the truck for 24 hours and the employee said not a problem. I get a call from uhaul telling me that the truck should have been returned. Had to pay extra to keep it until 12mid. I will never go back to that uhaul location again. I have never had a problem with uhaul before and will continue to use them again. Just not that location.
