The need to do all the rental stuff on the app and not in person was not very efficient. I feel with the personal contact it made the experience overall run more efficiently.
NATHAN SNothing. The man at A&G Auto Parts when I picked up the truck was amazing and took very good care of me. There was a situation in which the person who used the truck before me didn’t put any gas in and it only had 3 miles until empty. The man at A&G felt bad and lowered the rate of the truck and said that if I brought I back with 1/4 tank, they would reimburse me the price of the gas and they did. I couldn’t have been treated any better. It was a much better experience than the evening before when I called customer service. That person (Nichole) was ridiculous and rude.

PETER BThe location of the facility adds to your mileage charge. Difficult to get there from the north of Homer City. Added about $ 10.00 to the bill. Other than that they were very good. Might want to think about a discount for the extra miles.
