LEIDIS MThe GOOD: The place where I picked up the trailer had plenty of options, and had the trailer I needed. The "needs improvement": There weren't any signs on either of the 2 buildings a couple blocks apart where all the trucks and trailers were parked at. One of the tires on the trailer was very low on tread and I was having traction problems when the rain got heavy. I haven't had a chance to check yet, but one of my packed items shifted around considerably and I'm hoping isn't damaged. I had it thickly packed in heavy blankets, styrofoam, tape and the entire tv was encased in thick cardboard. I'll follow up in a day or so since I won't have a chance to mount it until a bit later. The REALLY GOOD: The lady I dealt with was VERY nice and accommodating. Arguably she was the best part of the pickup experience.
