Overall, the renting experience was pleasant and quick. While driving to live Oak, during a heavy rain, we noticed that the windshield wipers are not working properly and should be replaced. Additionally, the mirrors were loose and also need to be fixed. This information was reported to the U-Haul in Live Oak.

Sonia RShe came in early to dispatch me the uhaul which I appreciate so much!! However the price was significantly different than what it told me online, I didn’t get the dolly I asked for, and I was supposed to get a $30 discount for returning to a specific location and that wasn’t the case.
Sierra CI put my own gas before turning in the truck and was still charged a gas fee when the truck was turned in.
