Everything went great with pick up and drop off in both Homosassa & Palmetto. I did not need the 2nd day of the One Way rental so I dropped it off a day early. Mark at the Palmetto Drop Off point was fantastic in providing an assist and info on what could (AND SHOULD BE USED) at all U-Haul distributors for trailers. When disconnecting the 6 x 12 trailer, he showed me the use of a very large hand lever for lifting the trailers off the ball on the hitch. Given U-Haul is moving more to a complete web based pick up and drop off, this tool should be mandatory and available for use at all distributors and franchise facilities that provides pick up or drop off services. Rick's Detailing Shop is not a full U-Haul distributor and does have what is needed but with some limitations on what is available when

Excellent service. I wish the truck had cruise control.
AMANDA HBooking online was very convenient. Having a representative available to assist with hooking up the trailer was much needed given the weigh and placement of the trailer we rented. I arrived before 5 PM and the facility was closed. This situation was quickly resolved with a phone call to the representative for Rick's Detailing which did create a bit of a problem getting the trailer off of my hitch due to the weight and lack of leverage That said, one suggestion would certainly be to ensure trailers (especially the 6 x 12) have a manual or hydraulic lifting device to get the trailer tongue off of the vehicle hitch. These are extremely heavy and awkward to disengage.
James LDropped off trailer on 10/28 and never received a check-in receipt until 11/3. No one was there anytime I tried to reach them. I called and got them once, and they said they would check it in now, but nothing happened. U-Haul called them 3 times, and the same thing, nothing, until today 11/3
CHARLES BI had to spray ratchets on tire tie downs with lube to use them. But other than that great trailer to haul a car with.
