ERIN BTruck was clean. Truck didn’t sound like it was maintained mechanical. Vibration when going down the road and wasn’t sure if it was going to make it through the move.
BRIAN GGot there and got a message that the equipment was missing, NOBODY got the code from the lockbox, between u haul and Bas Brothers, I got screwed two days in a row , yes it happened again the next day. After being on the phone for an hour I cancelled the reservation and made a new one for the next day. Next morning same exact thing, why didn't u haul warned me before I got to the pick up location????. Still waiting for the $50 refund from the guarantee reservation. I talked to Mr C(a mechanic for u haul who happened to be on the premise and he put me in touch with his supervisor and I wasable to get a truck from a different location,9 miles away . The app is worthless in my opinion
