I was going to be 20 minutes late and they charged me another day. I contacted UHaul corporate and they told me the 20 minute fee was discretionary. The location could have waved the fee.

It was very cluttered store and had to turn sideways to get to the desk in the middle of the store. Outside had several household items stacked up next to the building.
