Better hours. $20 after hours fee is ridiculous considering that nothing different would be done had the location been open.
MICHAEL BStaff was nice. Truck was clean and ready. It had 5/8 tank of gas, which is hard to replicate when returning. Long-trip trucks should have a full tank on delivery in my opinion. There was no dolly available. Ultimately we didn't need it but I should know that before I arrive to pick up the truck.
