Nicole M.I reserved a 15 foot truck well in advance because I was moving. Uhaul switched locations on me because they claimed the other location would have my truck. This location was severa miles further from my home. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, the location told me to call uhaul because the truck hadn't shown up. Uhaul told me they could only give me a 10 foot truck which made my move a lot worse and a lot more expensive!!! I'm definitely not happy about that!!! The location kept calling me because I was late with the truck but that's not my fault! Had I gotten my 15 foot truck, it would've been back on time!
