The truck was easy to drive. The step up to driver's seat was muddy, as well as the floor mat.

Different location
Mat MNot impressed. Nothing of the process was explained on needing to use an app to prove mileage etc. was not told no one would be there later that day to receive the keys and that photos needed to be taken. The woman I spoke to could not have been any more rude and hung up on me when questioning charges.
Samantha WBetter explain the early return policy if no one is at the location when you return the rental.
