Not impressed. Nothing of the process was explained on needing to use an app to prove mileage etc. was not told no one would be there later that day to receive the keys and that photos needed to be taken. The woman I spoke to could not have been any more rude and hung up on me when questioning charges.
Samantha WBetter explain the early return policy if no one is at the location when you return the rental.
michael rBetter hours. $20 after hours fee is ridiculous considering that nothing different would be done had the location been open.
MICHAEL BStaff was nice. Truck was clean and ready. It had 5/8 tank of gas, which is hard to replicate when returning. Long-trip trucks should have a full tank on delivery in my opinion. There was no dolly available. Ultimately we didn't need it but I should know that before I arrive to pick up the truck.
