Off hours drop off, did not interact with anyone or go into the building. The grounds were clean. There was no clearly marked place for key drop off, so I placed them in the mailbox. There should be a sign for after hours drop off keys.

Easier access. There's not much they can do about it, unless they change to a new location. It's not terrible as it is, just a little awkward compared to a big open parking lot. The u haul representative was very friendly and helpful. I will use them again.
GUY FThe location was closed when I dropped my equipment off. So I didn't deal with anybody but the location really wasn't very convenient. It looked closer on the map than it actually was. If I was in that general area I would definitely recommend it to somebody. But for someone just passing through it wasn't in a good location.
ALEXANDER HI can’t think of any suggestions. The staff at Bloom Autobody is exceptional whether renting out uhaul vehicles or giving estimates for auto body repair.
