U-Haul company specifically: Improvement would be to not email and text every day about pulling a trailer. Also, not messaging asking when the truck will be returned within 24 hour of picking up for a 3 day rental.
Tamara PBusiness was supposed to be open, but was not. In addition, truck was returned with more than a quarter of a tank exceeding the requirement of 1/4. This business must have reported less than 1/4 , costing an additional $9.38. Want to improve, remove uhaul from this location.
