Not a good experience. Although I made reservation on-line. No one was at the location. I had to call and whoever walked me through over the phone. The cable to connect the trailer to the brakes was missing. I had to get one off of the other trailers. Had to lift the trailer onto the ball by myself. I don't know what someone with back problems or couldn't lift would have done.

Nobody was there and signage wasn't very noticable. The key drop off area needs to be cleared of debris and overgrowth. Snakes, poison ivy, etc are risks.

FELECIA CU-Haul company specifically: Improvement would be to not email and text every day about pulling a trailer. Also, not messaging asking when the truck will be returned within 24 hour of picking up for a 3 day rental.
