I reserved the U-Haul for 1 hour online. I was given the exact amount expected at pickup with tax and fees included. Once I arrived the representative was trying to quote another price. I explained that I reserved the truck for one hour for 19.95 plus amicable fees. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t see it. I told him to cancel the reservation then he state ok I will take something off. He misled me again because put us in a 29.95 truck still when there were clearly 19.95 trucks on the lot available. I only needed a small hauler for one to transport a treadmill that wad it. Now we paid for 20 miles and only used ten. Once we arrived back he stated those ten miles that were not used will be credited back to my card. That has not been done. Now if I don’t receive my 10 dollar credit by Monday on Tuesday I will contact my bank and dispute that transaction due to false and misleading representation of product. I will never recommend anyone to that facility because you have a scammer behind the counter.

Took almost an hour to get the truck even though I arrived on time. The oil light was on when I got in the truck and the attendant told me it was fine to just go ahead and leave. I told him no he then gave me another truck with no gas and would not fill it up. I will never use this location again!!
