The truck needs mechanical work. We had problems with the truck cranking back up, We did not quite get done with the move, It sounded like the transmission or something was going out on the truck, and after we got it crunk up and took it back to them they charged me 75.00 more. Please go some where else, to rent a u haul do not go to the business on Bullfrog Corner in Southaven, all of there trucks probably need service.

Uhaul does not give any monies back if you bring there trucks back early. AND THE ONE return was rented the day I could have returned it.Should have hung on to it. Don't rent from this company unless you are told I was not

Trent PThe employees at the TB Bullfrog Mart location were very nice! I had reserved the U-Haul at the U-Haul store near I-55 a few weeks ago and the employee told me to come back to the U-Haul store to pick up the rental. When we got to the store, one particular employee at this location was rude to me and my husband and also rude her co-workers. She reprimanded an employee in front of us. The employee had us go to the TB Bullfrog Mart location to pick up the rental. Once we got to the TB Bullfrog Mart location, the store employee was a little confused as to why we were there and said that we should have picked up the rental at the store on I-55. The employee stated that the employees at the U-Haul store always send people to his location. I was sorely disappointed in the U-Haul store on I-55. There were way over 20 rentals there, granted some may have already be reserved, but the rudeness of the employee was uncalled for.
