Better customer service, I was prepared only because I read all of the awful reviews before deciding to give it a try! So glad the return customer service was much better, a different guy was working. Clean the equipment before renting and make sure everything is working. Had to plan on being done by dark because one of the headlights didn't work! I would definitely NOT recommend this location to anyone. I'm not going back myself. so why recommend this location to anyone.. other than being desperate because of the need, that was my reason for going there.
