Customer service was lacking. She was distracted by every other customer that came in. She did not know about or understand her U-Haul equipment. Location is also a head shop and those customers were much more important to the staff. We were repeatedly kept waiting while she sold THC products.

JAMES SI DID NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I USED TO WORK HERE AND THE PEOPLE THERE ILLEGALLY ALLOWED SOMEONW TO RENT A TRUCK IN MY NAME WITHOUT MY CONCENT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I AM GOING TO PRESS CHARGES ON TB BULLFROG MART!!!!!!
